too many carbs. resetting to 30 grams of carb for 12 weeks....

Lower carb working in conjunction with higher good fats intake. using the 16:8 fasting method which is simple to do. I eat between 8:30am to 4:30pm everyday and have lost a couple of kgs in a week.
