Found watching what I eat incredibly easy with this app. Difficult to know exactly how much movement I am doing as we are not allowed mobile phones at work. Think I might ask for a Fitbit or something for Xmas. Dear Santa.....

Slept like an zombie - right through 6 alarms!! Heavens. Think my tiredness must be associated to my weekend breakdown. Still, I feel more awake today. Will be interesting to see if I fall asleep on my keyboard this afternoon...
