An injury in 2019 has left me with a painful back and somewhat inactive. Those little calorie critters have had enormous fun putting fat deposits wherever they can. I'm now humongous for a vertically challenged person and if I don't get a grip on it now, I could end up a wabbly weeble - as round as I am short!! Oh heavens...
