Should stop lying to myself and face reality 😂 was too afraid to check my weight. But I am totally back on track for last 5 days, and I’m kind of determined now.

Since the lockdown ended and till now I have gained 5 kg, all of this because going to office: commute time, not balanced lunches, lack of time to exercise, strange office snacks.
Going back again to office on Monday, and I really need to work out the lunch options for me, also need to stay away from snacks there (I don’t even like them ffs), and to find time for exercise and fun.
Mission impossible though.

Yesterdays dinner, baked sweet potatoes 🍠
Tasty, but a bit too sweet.
Plan is to cook at home most of the week from good ingredients and less caloric things.
