Small gain or it could probably be water.

I just want to lock in the weight. I am aware of times where I am overeating. Just don't have the will to stop it. But, I think it's coming.

Small drop. Kick starting the journey has been a bit rough. Hoping to hone in asap and start producing the nice drops that were possible before

I have just gone back to my old ways.

Although I know it is important to lose weight and stay healthy, there are other things taking priority.

I know very well that my body doesn't require the amount of calories I am consuming. It's not even the meals that contribute to my weight, they do but not as much as other stuff I eat out of stress and boredom. I also know there are other things to keep me out of boredom however food seems to be the easiest.

Anyway, it's time to resolve and start losing again. The same way I did last time.

I am learning that having a protein supplement makes a big difference in maintaining weight. Because it helps manage our hunger better by making us feel full.
