Losing 2.1 kg a Week

Well only 2 days of a strict watch on food and drink intake and scales this morning show me losing 1.3kg.... Do not feel any difference in regards to work suit and the tightness of the trousers, but let's give that a week and see.... Very happy with this start, just need to maintain the discipline when it comes to what I eat and drink....

Well, day one.... Certainly different eating to normal, will take some getting used too that is for sure.... Will power and start seeing some results will help though....
