I am a 44 year old father of two young children, aged 4 and 7. I have been married for 20 years and I carry a decent spare tyre around the waist. I am wanting to reduce that significantly, and put myself into a more healthy position to enable me to watch my children grow for as long as possible.
I also believe that being more healthy and being able to respect more of how I look will also bring me more happiness in daily life both at work and more importantly my home.
