no weight change this week despite solid caloric loss. I figure it could be water weight gain due to a couple cheat meals during this time and adding some extra carbs to macros.

down 1kg on avg per week eating on plan but have now added the odd cheat meal and am letting myself eat occasional unhealthy snacks

great weight loss considering I went out for first time on the weekend and had my first few drinks since having a week off booze. even had my first cheat meal :)
