Beef noodle soup 🍜 Taiwanese traditional dish ❣️
- gluten free!! brown rice noodles with chia seeds in it
- stewed the beef for two hours. Turned out tender and amazing !! 😋

Afternoon tea🍵
I’ve put avocado oil instead of butter 🧈
(Sugar free because it contains erythritol instead of white sugar. Erythritol doesn’t raise blood sugar and insulin level.)

Made some noodles with some veggies and fish with whole tomato as sauce base. Tasty 😋
Btw can find the gluten-free noodles in Coles which made from different beans. Full of protein in it!

Nothing wrong with air fried chips I guess?😂
Cook earlier the time you meant to have the meal....Never cooked when you were hungry, cuz you would cook more than you expected....
I finished it anyway 🤣
