Met my self set challenge😁
From none to 3 ltrs of water!
20 min fairly quick pace walk!
6000+steps!
Came in under calorie intake!
Doesnt seem like much, but big for me😃😀😄

Need to lose 4 kgs over next 4 weeks .
Aiming to drink 2 ltrs water per day.
Would think easy, but i DO NOT do water, so this is a big challenge for me🥺

Well, have been drinking water this week, could fit more in, but its a struggle🙄🙄
Have eaten better at work this week too, havent bought take out for lunch all week👏🏼👏🏼
Biggest accomplishment for me, have had fruit!!!!!
Hopefully next week will get on it even better😀😀

Well, fell overboard with no life preserver, only myself to blame!!
Somehow, havent gained weight though 🤔
Back to work Monday and planning to get back on deck, hardfast!!
