Monday morning!!!
Gained on the weekend, but still happy with myself😀
First planned exercise for a long while, no takeout, big improvements!!!
No water though over the weekend🥺🥺
Back at work today, already on the water!!!
Aim is to lose 1 kilo this week🤞🏻

As i promised myself bout to head off for my walk😀

No weigh in today. No diarising food etc either.
Weekend, so going to see how i go, behave 🤪myself, and weigh in Monday......

Slow day today😌
BUT, didnt have my normal Fri night pizza, so pretty good😀
Few bevvies though😝
See how i pull up come Monday!!!!
Pretty chuffed though, my norm is:
3 glasses Diet Coke before 630am, then a lge Diet Coke from Maccas on the way to work, THEN 5/6 cans Diet Coke whilst at work!! Been this way for as long as i can remember....
This week, 3 cans at work, 1 glass in the morning, and NO MACCAS on the way!!
Water intake is now in place , 4 ltrs on avg per day🤪
