Found some 6g net carb tortillas at the store tonight. I can’t really tell much difference. They weren’t quite as light and fluffy but honestly the taste was the same. The fiber must be filling as I still have 1/3 of one fajita left! I hope I get a bit hungry later as I need to eat it because I don’t want to tear it all apart and try to “unlog” it. I’m not even to 1200 calories yet today but I’m so full that I almost feel sick. So much for trying to fit in 1800-2000 calories today. Tomorrow is gym day so I can fit in 420cal with protein shakes ;). No way am I going to be able to maintain 2175 daily without either lots of processed foods, restaurant foods or throwing in some protein shakes and drinking calories again. Hmmm perhaps I could throw in some real coke daily. But I really don’t want to get that started again. And water... I dislike water so I tried to drink all the tea I could today. Coke Zero float(8oz?), Coke Zero cherry and 3 16oz glasses of tea. I’ve been taking a drink anytime I sit down and I still haven’t come close to 1pz per lb of body weight 😖. This takes way more work than just CICO.

Looked back on my food log. Figured out that to stay under 48g fat I’ll probably need to give up cheese. Dang it. Just started working it back in more too. Need to look up carb loaded foods with no fat.
