Ok I give in. I’m so full that I still feel sick and it’s midnight! I ate more than 4 hours ago! I need to get over 1200 even if I can’t make 1600-2100. Just thinking about almonds, protein shake or even a snickers makes me feel worse. Beef jerky at least adds a bit of protein and I can get in some quick calories with a coke. Here’s hoping I don’t start craving it again! I haven’t had one in months...

I didn’t even want a pop this morning. Iced tea with Splenda ;). Odd how that’s a habit now on a daily basis mostly. Normally I have to remember if it’s a gym day or not. If so it’s tea (hot or cold) or coffee. If not I grab a Coke Zero cherry to start off with. Then tea after I’ve woken up a bit. This morning was hectic and I made tea without thinking. Also didn’t have time for the eggs I planned so a protein bar for me. Not worried about the high carbs now so I ate it without guilt 😝. BUT the jerky sounds REALLY good this morning!
