Gave in... 3rd piece of Halloween candy eaten. First two were bite sized the other day. Tonight it was a fun sized candy bar. I want another. Do I need another? No. Did that satisfy my sweet tooth? For the moment yes! Do I want something to eat? Yes. Am I actually hungry or want to snack? I want to snack.

Have a list of new rules and offense/consequence list. I believe it to be really fair to everyone and consequences are open ended. I can then choose which one based on how many offenses or how extreme. Both will hate not knowing exactly what consequence and for how long. One because she likes having all knowledge upfront. The otter because she wants to know what she can do and how much before the consequence becomes too much for her. As in she’s ok with no tv but if it’s no phone then she will keep at it until the no phone level of consequences. This way she will have to guess what it’ll be and make a better choice upfront.

Pretty stoked that I came up with this! Hopefully it works! Will give it two weeks. If it bomb I’ll think of something else. If it sort of works then I’ll tweak it and go another two weeks. Let the fun begin! (Fun being trying to get along better and hoping this works)
