I feel like melatonin do nothing for me 🤔

Chris, why is the melatonin needed? When you are working out as hard as you are, does it impact your sleep?

It probably helps somehow, but as I am a mother. I don't have control about my sleeping time.

hi, I'm new. I was using myfitnesspal but that site crashed. however their daily calorie amount was determined by how many pounds a week u wanted to lose based on weight height, etc. I did not see that as a option when determining your daily calorie amount in fat secret apt. does anyone know how many pounds u r loosing if u stay with the calculated amount for week. I like having a weekly goal for pounds lost. thanks for any help.

Creatine didn’t work from this side, but BCAA has.

Gotta love the chewies... just watch the calories. I wasn't logging them originally until I read the package.. surprise.

Appleton100, go to My Fat Secret. Under My Tool Box on right side, click on My Diet. Under Edit Weight Details, click on " e. setup/change your Recommended Daily Intake". There you will be able to calculate how many calories for your height, weight, age, and activity level to lose certain amount of weight per week. However, this is a very general estimate and your body may not agree!

Heh, creatine and protein is putting your life on the line? Anyway, yeah BCAA's are a waste of money. You can get all of those via food and protein powder.
