I didn't realise this posted! To explain the delicious meal. It is 90 second keto bread (almond flour, egg, butter, baking powder) in the microwave.. Note, just 1 carb! Then I've stacked it with avocado, baby spinach, mayonnaise and haloumi... It was absolutely delish and kept me full all through to dinner.. Highly recommend ❤️❤️

Sorry, make that 3 carbs for the bread 😉

To make the bread how much of each ingredient do you use. I’m on my first week of keto and your bread would make a very welcome addition. Ty 😊

Hi Lisa - I've just started keto myself, it is great isn't it! I feel amazing 😊 Here is the recipe, but I've had this a couple of times and I think it is too many calories for me (still higher in fat and low carb though!).. I'm thinking of trying cloud bread instead. https://gimmedelicious.com/2018/04/07/90-second-keto-bread/

Thank you so much. Yes I’m so happy with keto. This is only my 5th day and already I’ve lost nearly 2.5kg. Thanks so much for the recipe and good luck! 😊😊

Congratulations, that's incredible! I'm also making some delicious keto cheesecake fat bombs and coconut bread so I'll share those recipes too.. Good Luck Lisa!

Oh good... You've got all the right bases there 😊Here is the recipe for the Cheesecake bombs (super delicious and helps get your good fats up.. Which I struggle with a little, still too much protein!). I also shared the way I made them (just with a little less for lower calories overall). https://www.fatforweightloss.com.au/recipe/cheesecake-fat-bombs/

And here is the bread I made with coconut flour (I didn't have Xanthan Gum which was fine without it).. Only took about 40min in oven. https://www.fatforweightloss.com.au/recipe/keto-coconut-bread/

Yes it sure is quite difficult to get the balance between protein and fat I’m finding as well. I have a bowl of berries with cream and cook all meat in Butter or coconut oil and use butter on my vegetables to try to keep it up, but it is a struggle. I’m pretty stoked tho so far as I’ve lost 3kg in less than a week. 🤗 Thanks so much for the recipe links - I’ll let u know how it goes 😊
