3kg lost in 2 weeks 🎉💪
- Keto (Pescatarian) diet + 16:8 fasting + calorie deficit of between 700-1000 calories per day
- I feel fantastic, almost no cravings.. But I do get pretty hungry at the end of the fast each day!
71.1 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
