Holding again this morning, all good. Pack walk tonight, weather looks like it will be less hot than yesterday, so fingers crossed. Not going to swim tonight, schedule is too tight. Wondering if I can bump back down into 150's this week.

Shorts I'm wearing are baggy, think we'll donate at the end of summer. They're perfect for today.
