Today, I swapped the packaged dressing for balsamic and oil, not a lot of oil. The avocado was perfect and made up for it. Pretty good tasting lunch. We'll see how long it carries me through.

It was! Reminded me of the chopped salad they used to have at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza when I still used to go out to lunch.
