I had a good loss which took off my unexpected 0.7 gain. had 2 coffees for breakfast, beef steak (120gm) and about 100 grams of kebab meat for lunch and then another coffee in arvo followed by a pork chop for dinner. 20 mins exercise also. electrolytes as well.
