Years ago I was on my heaviest 112kg, I lost 38kg after my divorce. Picked up slowly again and had a shock of my life when I stepped on the scale on 108.9kg... this was last year in August. I know how I did it the previous time, kept notes on everything I ate and drink. I only loose weight when I eat chicken or fish, 100 of mixed veg / day and 1 cup of salad made of 2 slices of tomato, cucumber and letice. I have a cheat day once a week when I eat red meat.. as big as the palm of my hand, yogurt for breakfast and a banana for a snack... It took me a month to test what works for me.. a weigh myself everyday to make sure I'm on track. When I don't loose I eat oats for lunch, 1 tsp margarine, 1 tsp sugar and it fools my body out of starvation mode and I start loosing again.. Every body is different, what works for me might not work for you... Stay strong and focused , it is so worth it in the end! Thanx for all the support we ate a great team! 100.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
