Exclude bananas, potatoes. Add more protein- add tuna, chicken etc with your salads for lunch and dinner. Less carbs, more protein, you will see the result.

can I give you a piece of advice? forget the optslim thing and eat real food. it is proven that all these miracle shakes and stuff are just a rip off. I had a look at the composition glucose artificial sweeteners...etc none are good for you besides . they are sweet and therefore feed the sweet cravings. in any case real food is better than processed food. an other thing when you body doesn't eat enough it does the opposite of loosing weight it retain Gat it gets. possible also that you retain water which could explain the weight gain

Also, small fluctuations in weight don’t matter very much. I think what gets people down a lot is that they see progress for a week and then suddenly the scales tell them ‘you’ve gained 200-300 grams’ and they loose the momentum and motivation.
Try weighing yourself every couple of days or at the start and end of week, and look at the overall progress :)

Actually you are right the body weight fluctuate during the day, with the hormones etc... Under 1kg I don't even consider it as gain or loss persinbally

Agreed, anything under a kilo is water weight and what you’ve eaten for the day. Don’t stress
