Strawberry and feta salad. I forgot to add the avocado until I was almost done eating. doh. will still be good later tonight. I'm juicing some spinach in the blender today. I'm trying to do a better job working through this huge bag without wasting any. spinach, ginger, lemon juice and a little stevia drink mix. only a cup of spinach, but that'll make a dent in the bag over the course of a week. If I remember, I'll put some in the freezer tonight and I can add it cold.
