Still finding myself craving Carbs quite a bit and snacking on the wrong foods. Will give it another go this week. Lunches this week have more protein.

Bottom left corner is poached chicken, rightside brussel sprouts, top part fried tofu and wilted kale, leftside oyster mushroom. The sauce is a teriyaki.

Yes I probably should drink more water! I drink tea and coffee more though recently. The cold is making me crave warm foods and drinks.

Looks great. Is it home made teriyaki sauce? Got to be careful with shop bought. They are loaded with sugar.

It is store bought. But all together the teriyaki sauce was only 1 table spoon, chicken stock from the poached chicken and potato starch.
