Mock Alfredo using chickpea pasta and Greek yogurt with basil from my garden and cracked black pepper. So good. Tons of protein and fiber. And i got a big old plate with 4 oz.

Alfredo sauce made with yogurt? Sounds good!

It’s definitely mock, but I used whole milk Greek yogurt that i made from scratch so it’s not as tart as store bought. And fresh herbs make up a lot of the taste. I’d give it 7/10 compared to real and i saved a ton of calories and fat.
