would have done well today except for the packet of buckinis in the freezer (ate 100gr = 350 cals) and a packet of peppermints in daniels car on the way home from work (another 80 cals) which got the better of me. my resolve to avoid lollies and sweet things is waning. at least the buckinis was organic and gluten free. ok in small amount like 25 gr, but self control lacking. Must try harder.weight still holding at 59kg's and muscle definition an d strength improving. now if i could only tackle tis bloody insomnia. updated my activity level from low active to active as i'm burning around 3,500 cals per day
