Ketones are 1.4mmol/L which is good but only 100g weight loss which is not good considering the effort. Slept after midnight yesterday as I needed to prep my boat which I sold over the weekend so that did not help. Will keep a close eye on everything
139.7 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 52.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
