Ate sonic for breakfast so I could take my antibiotics. At the field trip my 6 year old said I needed to eat and she didn’t want to eat alone so I had a brat, chips and a cookie. So I’m already at like 1400 kcal for the day with another eating out meal for dinner. 🤦♀️ I loaded up on breakfast so that I could skip lunch and save calories for dinner. I HAVE to have a large dinner with my meds tonight. Thankfully I’ve already walked 2.7 miles which is 1 mile more than my average right now. I’ve also burned 200+ kcal so far today. More walking tonight but not as much and I won’t be chasing 6 year olds! It’ll be walking around looking at booths while we wait for the costume contest. I’ll be lucky to get 3.5 miles in today and I was so hoping for that just at the field trip.

Also... had to adjust the foamie today when I realized it was creeping towards my neck lol. That must’ve looked odd! Nobody said a word haha. Then when I got hoke I realized it was shaped to a point like the old lady bullet bras whereas the implant is nice and round in front lol. But hey, at least It didn’t pop out in the corn maze and have to go looking for it lol. Never would’ve found the thing as it’s a light brown color. Last time I’d have been so upset, anxious and made myself sick over it. This time I had to laugh and wonder what people thought if they noticed. I’m guessing nobody noticed or they didn’t feel comfortable coming to me and saying ‘hey, your boob is 4” too high and growing out of your neck for some reason!’ Lol. If my friend Paula would’ve been there she probably would’ve just grabbed the thing and tried to put it down where it belonged through my shirt haha.

Lol I was too! I’ll know not to wear this bra for the next field trip that requires a lot of bending over lol. Can you imagine trying to find a triangle dirt colored object the size of your fist in a corn maze or under pumpkin plants?? Lol. Oh had a thought! It would’ve been so much worse if I’d lost it in the sand pit. It’s almost exactly the color of the sand they had lol. I can just imagine the kids finding it and filling it with sand and rocks!

Lol. If I’d seen someone with a boob almost on their neck I’d have leaned close to whisper they might want to readjust. I’d have also made some comment about having the same happen to me (or someone I know) so they wouldn’t freak out as bad. But that’s just me. Lol. I know for a fact none of the kids noticed because at this age one of them would’ve said something for sure!!

Thank you so much Carol! I ended up eating less at dinner than I expected (700) and walked a total of 4 miles so better than I expected all around! They place we ate at tends to be very high calorie as it’s Italian food, but I decided against the watermelon margarita that sounded so good as well as turned down the third roll I wanted and didn’t order the appetizer I’d wanted. Saved myself at least 500-600 kcal so if I’m hungry before bed I may treat myself to a snickers lol.
