I see people like, trying to get down to 50kgs from 60kgs and I'm jealous!I know that it's harder in a weigh (bad pun, sorry!), to lose that last 10kgs when you've been eating right and exercising and everything.. but I look at my weight and how much I need to lose and I'm just like... it seems insurmountable. I'm almost afraid to grt scales too because I know I'll get obsessed and end up weighing myself multiple times a day. I have to lose 45+ kgs I just don't know how to do it!
