What is the taste and texture like? I've only seen it on the Food Network.

Kat, they sell them canned at TJ! I’ve never had it, though.

Unripe it has very neutral flavor. Ripe is extremely sweet like an overripe mango without the tangy bite. I like the taste, but i don’t like the smell in my fridge so they have to go in a sealed container. You can boil the seeds and they have tons of nutrients. Try it!
