Nice! Such a good way to use leftovers. I usually cook the turkey left overs for many hours to create a bone broth and freeze that to use in soup. My daughter always complained that everything in the house smelled like turkey for days. LOL . But I love it

Tossing the whole carcass in there for forty minutes on high pressure softens the bones enough that the dogs can eat them. Supervised, of course. I’ll add veggies to the rest. So easy. It’s obscene what they charge for bone broth in the store.

My favorite part of roasting any animal protein is actually using the bones to make broth. I put them in a crock pot for 24 hours, strain, use fat separator and freeze. Bone broth is a staple for so many sauces and side dishes.

I'm really into making bone broth out of all our leftover bones - chicken, beef, pork, seafood (shells). I recently crock potted some rib bones for so long that they would have easily pulverized. I researched it but couldn't find whether it would have been healthy or not to eat the actual pulverized bones - just that dogs love it. We decided not to eat the bones.
