Crusted tilapia, kale salad and part of an almost too ripe persimmon. Delicious lunch, TBH. haven’t had this combo before.

LOL, me, too, LC. thankfully, air fryer makes this nice and crispy for me. I really wanted to make fish tacos today, but just don't have the time.
