I wanted a low carb savoury breakfast so I could get a hit of vegemite and butter like my kids were eating. Introducing egg picklets. 3 egg yolks beaten with just under a tablespoon of melted butter, teaspoon of baking powder and cooked in pancake maker.

Good one! 😋🌟 I recently tried to make a super protein pancake with eggs and pea protein powder. It turned into something more like a pizza base, but I ate it anyway. Next time I’ll add cheese, tomato paste, olives and artichokes and bung it in the oven.

That's a great idea Jomo. A great low carb pizza base is called "Fat-head Pizza Dough". Google it because its worth while. Its pretty much mozzarella cheese, Philly cheese, egg and almond flour. If you want it to be even lower carb you can change out the almond flour for pork crackle crumbs.

Yum! It took me ages to find a keto solution for vegemite too.. I'm now using Atkins Crispbread .. they are similar to cruskit texture and delish with cream cheese and vegemite (and a bit of avo if you want too). Will definitely be trying your egg pancakes too ❤
