Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella & Parmesan grated cheese in a bowl whisk 1 egg in, mix ingredients together. Spread out onto a lined baking tray.
Cooked in 180c oven for 15mins
Spread basil Pesto onto base & add your favourite salad. Roll up.
Now that’s the wrap 👍🏽😃
