Looks good! Let us know how it’s performing after a while.
My ‘smart scales’ are a little bit dubious, and I’ve had at least one absolutely screwed up result from it, so I may upgrade to a smarter scale down the track.

My body fat percent went down by 3 with this scale. So it’s not correct I think 🤔

What was your benchmark for fat percentage? Another set of smart scales? Could be that they use a different set of calculations to interpret the raw data. I read up on this brand and if you can believe their claims these scales have a more sophisticated technology that would require a different and more complex algorithm. But is it more accurate?

It’s normally around 20% then it went down to 15〜17%. I believe Tanita because I am Japanese 😉 Body fat percentage is related to the amount of water in the body. So let’s see what happens a few days later👍
