This was that miso glazed cod. I really like it. high protein for the calories and nice and flaky. I didn't really have room for a glass of wine last night. Had a waffle and a burger and tater tots earlier in the day. You get it.

Kat I have so much cod and I never eat it. Tell me how. If mine was done like this, I think I’d devour it! Looks delicious!!

17 minutes at 375 in the air fryer from frozen. The miso glaze was on it already, but easy enough to make with soy sauce, something like white wine or sake and some form of sugar. This sounds weird, but I’m actually craving one with orange juice in it. Super high protein for the calories and much lower fat than salmon. I think mine was ~140 calories for a 4 oz portion give or take. Just feels more like dinner than chicken does lately.

If i had a ton of cod, I’d do lemon and pepper, then chili flakes and panko, maybe try a coconut flakes mix. It’s such a neutral taste, anything you coat it with will taste unique. Maybe a smoky paprika blend. Herbed butter. Ancho chili paste. Yum, see where I’m going?

Kat, cod is my favorite fish and I know what you mean… I absolutely love lemon pepper cod! It’s a fish that you can literally put all different types of flavors and seasonings on...love it! 💕

I was thinking lemon pepper with the Costco pesto would be super yummy and easy, too. Might do that one tomorrow.
