so fell of the wagon last night and this morning and had a lot for salty food last night and an early breakfast. however seeing all the great weigh-ins on her is very motivating to keep going.
so lunch will be at 4 and then hopefully nothing but liquids until late morning tomorrow.
amazing how just the few.hours at night and in the morning make a huge difference.

I don't change what I eat as I don't have the will power or energy at the moment (studying for uni exams, work, plus 2 young kids) but exams finish next week and will restart our meal planning. 🙂
