So I joined the gym at the YMCA today and the plan is to go in this week after work and try for 30 minutes on the treadmill each night to get used to the environment. I have a little anxiety about going to the gym so will probably look to buy some earphones to help ease the nerves 😅. Am having an initial consultation at the start of next week that will have a body scan and working out a work out plan so hopefully everything pans out and I get stuck into a good habit.
165.4 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

30 minutes on treadmill is a lot! Take it easy at first and ramp up gradually. Please.

Yea, I wasnt 100% on the time to commit to, will probably just see how I go physically and get a sort of base level to work for when I use it. Cheers for the heads up.
