i must confess
i was 99.4 kgs on tuesday before i got in the car to go on holidays. i was so embarrassed to put the weight in. So when i got home yesterday I weighed myself and i couldnt believe i was 97.8kgs and this morning i was 97. 5kgs.
I said to myself believe in yourself i got this.
So i starting to plan my week
