Well one of my clothing packages came to day. yes they fit but I like them a bit looser. I mean business, I must do as I had chocolate here since Saturday not touch it and then gave it away tonight. 67 days to my dream holiday

I've just read this comment and my secret hint is eat your chocolate in the middle of the day. As long as you eat nothing after 7pm you should be OK. Fingers crossed for you
