If you eat eggs only, I haven't. But if it's about eating no eggs anymore: I'm trying to do that since I stumbled upon Anthony William's diet about 3 years ago and the outcome is still amazing 💃

It's eggs, fat and cheese. Not sure I will survive fot the 3 days minimum.
