I knew I was there when getting up had sound effects. 😁😁 

Amen Shrew Amen!! Sound affects and crawling to the couch to maneuver myself up!! Then realizing all the gifts , wrap paper, ribbons and scissors are still on the floor!!😂😂😂

Are you kidding? The last time I got down on the floor was when I dropped my phone and it slid under the stove. After I retrieved it, I thought I was going to have to call 911 to get someone to help me up again. 

BTW, 💚⤵🌟! 

Amen and Amen Again! Never ever get down without a plan in place for getting back up!

I can’t get up from the floor at all. Bad knees. So count your blessings that you can get up without calling EMT’s 

We laugh about this but it happens all the time with dire or deadly consequences. those who can’t get up from the floor because of bad knees, obesity or whatever need to have a plan. Upper body strength is crucial and life saving. Where do you keep your phone? Can you reach it to call for help? Many people don’t have land lines and when they come home put the phone on a surface that is too high to reach from the floor. I attach mine to a charge cable that has a 10 ft cord. All I would have to do is pull on the cord an pull the phone to the floor. Same thing for women who keep their phones in their purses—- won’t help you a bit if you can’t reach it. Lots of things to be considered for home safety.
