hello my sweetling

i am still battling the battle of the bulge!
how are you going - well I hope, following your diet no matter
how much you have to lose?

since I have last wrote I have been in self-imposed lockdown - again - because the dept of health sent me a text saying I was in contact with a person with covid.

lucky now, all of the shops, coffee shops etc don't have to sign in with the iPhone.
freedom - but it is still compulsory for hospital staff, ambos, aged care and anyone who works in health care and the NDIS

I have had a bit of depression, not the bad one where I would have to go to see
a psychologist. lucky, as I have had treatment for that with medication, which I still take. no, its just I am missing my car and the independence it gave me,
and my general health, I can't exercise as I have a walker!

i know I will get over it in a week or so.

how is everbody going?
is your general health good, is your family friendly and laughing!
i hope so
