Something different for a change. This is the breading off the fish that I don’t like. I peeled it off and didn't eat it. The fish is fine, the breading is just meh. It’s going to the dogs. Just something to consider when it's not worth it. This ended up being about 54 g of breading (cooked) so not an insignificant amount which I made up with the last bits of some gorgeous chicken biryani my Indian friend brought over and which now has me contemplating an Indian dinner out soon.
