That's a whole lotta protein... Are you getting that from food or partially from supplements? What are your calories now? I find I still struggle to keep my protein to 100g and my carbs about the same, fats around 50g whilst maintaining a 1200-1250 cal average...

Yes see this week is a peak weak for me my protein is like 30 40 grams more than normal fats stays the same 42-50g and today n tomorrow is no carb days meaning only have veges around 40g. Saturday is carb up day and protein minimum just below normal and Sunday is physique assessment. Got 3 weeks left.

Wow!! You have really gone all in with the challenge - you won't know yourself by the end of the month 🔥 what brand of Whey protein are you using? I guess once I get serious with the weights and resistance training I will be looking at something to boost my protein without the carbs of a full meal replacement supplement. Have looked at egg whites too, not really sure how I'd add them to my current meal plan ... How do you use the whey protein while on the challenge?

I registered for the challenge so there’s my goal otherwise I’m happy where I am now but gotta take it to another level. Whey protein I take is the mushashi but last week the 2kg has shot through the roof with its price now at 90. Usually around 73 sometimes I ordered uprotein online got good deals with a 4kg I eat the 100% liquid egg white sunny queen 100g with 1 whole egg Followed my oatmeal of 45-60g mix with whey protein plus fruits blueberries or a half banana You can try pluck in food the day before and then manipulate to fit macros and your total calories

thanks UDTres... I have oats for brekky, so could easily do the same (saw some Onset Whey protein powder on sale at Aldi yesterday $40 kg, low carb and low sugar but had a few ingredients that I will research before buying). The egg whites look to have fewer macros than the powder and both are around 50cal per 10g protein... very helpful for planning 👍
