I want to go back in time three days and slap myself for thinking that OMAD/23:1 intermittent fasting was a good idea! SO! HUNGRY!

I am permanently hungry, but I am ok with that. A boiled lolly or 3 or a cup of tea helps.

But think about what is happening while you're hungry! Maybe not sustainable, but it's a great boost!

I used to do omad daily I loved it I felt great after about a month however close to impossible now that I had a toddler lol now I do 18:6 but only 2 meals which seems to work for me

@myfatsoisbig, I am most certainly "fat", though it brings me true joy to know that my life choices have not herded me down the path that would have trolling people on a weight-loss app as stop along the way. I shudder to think of the cheerlessly wretched destinations that such a path would lead.
