Went away for the week end from Friday to Sunday. Ate tons of food plus tons of beer got home on Sunday afternoon followed with more beers hahaha. As a result weight shot up to 80kg. Should call that a real cheat diet break. All hormones are reset and refreshed ready to go mind has been cleared and feel very much alive ready to go again before the long break. Plan of the day: very low carb today (shoot for 100g)
: very low fat (35-40g)
: 250g proteins
Total Calories around 1800kCal this will curve the scale by tomorrow No gym today just walk on the treadmill for 50mins gotta get that sweat heart rate between 105 - 120 bpm for fat burning.
