UDTres's Journal, 12 Dec 22

Went away for the week end from Friday to Sunday. Ate tons of food plus tons of beer got home on Sunday afternoon followed with more beers hahaha. As a result weight shot up to 80kg.
Should call that a real cheat diet break. All hormones are reset and refreshed ready to go mind has been cleared and feel very much alive ready to go again before the long break.
Plan of the day: very low carb today (shoot for 100g)

: very low fat (35-40g)

: 250g proteins

Total Calories around 1800kCal this will curve the scale by tomorrow
No gym today just walk on the treadmill for 50mins gotta get that sweat heart rate between 105 - 120 bpm for fat burning.

The info in your posts is so inspiring... I didn't know about the fat burning heart rate - now I have a smart watch I'm onto it (at least I'll walk towards it...) Thanks heaps 👍 I'm grateful for some lovely reserves where I can walk and combine physical exercise with some mental and emotional balancing - the downside is of course you can't control the temperature like on a treadmill ... Glad you enjoyed your beers ... Tis definitely that time of year 🥂

Well I’m sure you know the formula fat burning heart rate but it’s here 220-age=y Then fat burning zone = y x 0.7 (0.7 is 70% of Max heart rate) That’s exactly how your tracker calculates your fat burn /cardio heart rate zones based from your age when you set it up on a Fitbit or other trackers.

Thanks and as always this is a holiday or break coming up soon I am going to enjoy more food and more drinks and lots of walking hahaha. But here’s my tip so I don’t spill over too quick too soon. I will note how much carbs I normally have for that week I will save them for the 2 days I’m going to have some beers then.
