Tomorrow I turn 60 and I am so happy that I am 18kg lower than my last birthday. I was so worried about being 60 and unwell and when I saw my 2021 Christmas photos I knew I was in trouble. I was fat and so my New Year resolution was to lose weight. This is one resolution I was happy to keep. It helps that I am a first born Capricorn who is driven and focussed. Now I have a great chance of being healthy into my 60s. I could not have done though without this app and all you wonderful members. Thanks for all your support and bring on 2023
