Well I ended up having 4 home palm sized yummy cookies and a nice double palm sized banana cake piece. Step on the scale this morning and there boom….. up by 0.7 at least it topped up glycogen but unfortunately fats will go straight to fat storage. So plan for today cardio will be up by 15 mins carbs will be less 20g but also I’m in the gym today for 1hr 20mins and we will see where we are tomorrows weighing Cheers!!!

Try not to punish yourself for the occasional messup/treat. If you use exercise to recover from bad eating it may cause you to view exercise in a negative, unhealthy fashion and that wouldn't be very nice.

@irok333 this is all good with this treat cause I know I have been on low carb days for 2 days and my muscles feel flat which means low on glycogen but not fully depleted because I will feel it in the gym (fatigue or incomplete reps in sets). And I usually do this treat as High carb days that falls on my leg day twice a week, the most energy expenditure of the week.
My days for carbs are from Monday to Sunday are High, Medium, Low, Low, High, Low, Low.
And of course I’m in a challenge so I’m closely now monitoring the progress of body composition and gym performance to make sure I’m not driving myself down to soon too quick.
4 weeks left hopefully everything goes to plan cheers everyone

hahaha... glad to see you fully embraced the cookies (and cake)... being that you're testing out this variant to your comp prep, I guess there was no reason to not give it a darn good go 😀 We await your results 😁

Yes lizpackard09 so excited 4wks to go. We going away for Easter home by Tuesday I guess next weigh in is Wednesday morning . 50 mins away from my gym so I will be going to the gym still.
