Lowest weight recorded ever but it is all water weight as I try to get myself drier to get a good muscles definition shot tomorrow. Pretty much low water intake today under a litre and also I have started my carb loading slowly with baked white potatoes (Dutch cream) also proteins is minimum just under body weight in pounds, fats at 40g avocado and peanuts or almonds are my fats sources.
